Job summary

AbbVie in Illinois seeks a Senior Analyst, Business Systems, to bridge Clinical Development Operations with AI-enabled technology teams. You will elicit requirements from SMEs, map processes, document solutions, and help deploy scalable capabilities across the portfolio.

You will guide design, testing, and rollout, ensuring quality and governance while driving automation and productivity. Strong collaboration and communication are essential to partner with stakeholders and deliver measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in business systems or IT.
Experience in R&D, document automation, or AI-enabled business processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint/Teams, Jira, ServiceNow, UAT tracking.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead meetings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes and shape AI-enabled solutions.
Lead discovery, map current/future processes, and design scalable workflows.
Evaluate technology options and drive operational improvements with governance.
Manage change, testing, release readiness, and training to realize business value.
Provide strategic oversight of performance, roadmaps, risks, and automation opportunities.
