Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an AI Business Partner to embed AI capabilities across business units, translate workflow pain points into practical Copilot-driven solutions, and drive measurable adoption. You will rotate across departments, collaborate with AI champions, and translate business needs into scalable AI playbooks within a cross‑functional team.

Qualifications

Direct experience in financial services or asset management is beneficial.
Experience designing practical technology solutions with security and data considerations.
Deep familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related AI services.
Background in roles requiring credibility and results without direct authority.
Experience with ROI measurement and value tracking for technology implementations.
Understanding of data governance and responsible AI principles.
Experience mentoring others in technology adoption.
Product management sensibility and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

Embed within an assigned business unit to identify AI use cases and rotate to other departments with reusable solutions.
Define practical success metrics and ensure AI initiatives align with strategic business goals.
Design and build intelligent solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and M365 tools.
Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their fit for the firm’s toolkit.
Document patterns, prompts, and playbooks for cross‑departmental reuse, ensuring safety and governance.
