Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors seeks a Head of AI Academy to own strategy, curriculum, proficiency pathways and governance for the firm's AI transformation. You will lead a central team, coach departmental champions, and partner with Technology, AI Governance, and Learning & Development to drive depth of adoption across the enterprise.

This leadership role focuses on role-based capability, advanced-tool proficiency, and responsible AI guardrails, with a hybrid work model and a competitive total

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in capable-building, enablement or change programs.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and GenAI capabilities.
• Hands-on familiarity with Copilot tools and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Academy strategy and operating model across the firm.
• Lead the proficiency pathways and curriculum development.
• Grow the Air Traffic Controller and Fighter Pilot networks for governance and adoption.
• Own the Academy platform, content and community, including Use Case/Prompt Library.
