Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is hiring an AI Business Partner as part of a firm‑wide AI transformation program. You will embed with a business unit, identify high‑value AI opportunities, build practical solutions, and drive adoption.

You rotate across departments, translating workflows into AI-enabled processes and measuring impact. You will work at the intersection of business process, AI solution development, and change enablement, using Copilot Studio and M365 tools while evaluating new

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building AI solutions with Copilot Studio or similar.
Experience with multiple AI/GenAI tools and platforms.
Strong business analysis capability to map processes and identify AI value.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
Practical experience with change management or technology adoption.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and GenAI design.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and be self-directed.
Strong documentation instincts for reusable guides and templates.

Responsibilities

Embed within an assigned business unit to discover AI use cases and rotate to new departments.
Define measurable success criteria for AI initiatives.
Design and build intelligent solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their fit for the toolkit.
Outline value cases and tie AI solutions to KPIs like hours saved and quality gains.
Coach business users in prompt engineering and tool usage.
Mentor Fighter Pilots and ensure scalable adoption across departments.
Document prompts, patterns and lessons learned for knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with Technology and control partners to ensure safe adoption.
