Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a technically driven engineer who embeds with business units to translate workflows into AI and data solutions. You will deploy production-ready systems, curate data, and scale capabilities across the firm using Nexus and Accio.

The role emphasizes collaboration with AI Enablement Partners, data governance, and cloud-native tooling in a hybrid Denver-area environment. Strong Python/SQL and production delivery mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical, business-facing engineering role embedded in a business unit or consulting context.
• Strong Python and SQL with production-grade delivery.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent development.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines from APIs and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business users to understand workflows, data, and friction.
• Design, build, productionise AI solutions end-to-end and ship to live running.
• Own architecture and decisions for secure, scalable solutions aligned to core stack.
• Develop reusable components and expose capabilities through Accio and Nexus.
• Collaborate across AI functions including governance, security, and observable metrics.
