Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is launching a firm-wide AI Transformation program. The AI Business Partner role embeds within a business unit to identify high‑value AI opportunities, build practical solutions, and drive measurable adoption.

You will rotate across departments, leveraging the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem while evaluating new tools as they emerge. You will operate at the intersection of business process expertise, AI solution development, and change enablement, translating workflow pain

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions with Copilot Studio or Power Platform.
• Experience with multiple AI/GenAI tools and platforms.
• Strong business analysis to map processes and identify AI value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Change management experience for technology adoption.
• Prompt engineering knowledge for designing workflows.
• Self-directed with ambiguity, able to work embedded in business units.
• Documentation skills for reusable guides and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Embed within an assigned business unit to identify AI use cases and rotate to new departments.
• Collaborate with AI champions to scale adoption and align with business objectives.
• Design and build AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms and compare their value.
• Define KPIs and track outcomes to show measurable impact of AI initiatives.
• Create reusable prompts, patterns, and playbooks for cross-team adoption.
• Coach business users in prompt engineering and AI tool usage.
