Job summary

Janus Henderson Group seeks an AI Transformation professional to embed AI capabilities within business units and drive measurable adoption. You will rotate across departments, translating workflows into practical Copilot-enabled solutions while expanding the AI toolkit and maintaining secure, value-driven delivery.

You will work in the Innovation team within the AI Academy framework, collaborating with department AI champions and advanced users to scale capability and deliver KPI-linked benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions with Copilot Studio or similar low-code tools.
• Proven ability to evaluate multiple AI tools and platforms and drive adoption.
• Strong business analysis, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with change management and training users in AI tooling.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and GenAI application design.
• Self-directed, able to work in ambiguous environments and document learnings.

Responsibilities

• Embed within a business unit to identify AI opportunities and pattern solutions.
• Define measures of success and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Design and build AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate fit for the firm.
• Document prompts, patterns, and lessons for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with AI champions to scale adoption across departments.
