Job summary

Socure is transforming identity verification in the digital economy, delivering real-time identity trust infrastructure. The Associate Solution Consultant acts as the technical liaison across the sales cycle and implementation, aligning client needs with Socure solutions.

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to support sales and ensure product readiness while coordinating cross-functional resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, math, economics, CS or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a client-facing role.
• Prior experience in financial services or wireless industries.
• Prior experience conducting credit/fraud risk management analysis.
• Experience with FCRA, ECOA, GLBA and related lending regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the day-to-day technical expert on external and internal projects.
• Participates in business development activities, including product presentations and SOWs.
• Leads meetings with stakeholders to align resources and priorities.
• Works with senior decision-makers using cutting-edge technology to solve business problems.
• Gathers inputs for product innovation and feeds product managers.
• Provides project leadership and mentoring to team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
