Socure is seeking a Public Sector Platform Solution Consultant to drive onboarding and measurable outcomes for clients leveraging Socure's AI-powered risk and identity platform RiskOS.

You will operate at the intersection of cutting-edge product, machine learning and real-world client implementation—helping organizations unlock the full potential of Socure's predictive models, automated decisioning workflows, and data-driven intelligence.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in public sector identity or fraud roles.
• Experience in technical implementation or solution consulting.
• Prefer SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or data-driven tech.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end platform implementation and deployments.
• Collaborate with clients to define solution architecture and tailor implementations.
• Develop best practices for scalable, high-impact implementations.
• Lead onboarding centric to AI and automation.
• Guide clients on integrating AI signals into their tech stacks.
• Translate client goals into optimized platform configurations.
• Design automated decisioning flows to reduce manual review.
• Configure rules engines and AI-assisted workflows.
• Identify and implement repeatable automation in deployments.
• Diagnose deployment issues with data pipelines and API performance.
• Serve as a resource for complex integration scenarios.
• Partner with Support and Success for a seamless client experience.
• Deliver training to explain why AI works and build champions.
• Contribute enablement resources and documentation.
• Act as feedback loop to Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Data Science for ROI.
• Work with Product SC team to improve workflows.
