Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director of Information Security to lead AI engineering initiatives, building agentic workflows and automation using Claude, Claude Code, and Microsoft platform tools. You will guide teams in applying AI within Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy, balancing risk, governance and production reliability.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering with senior-level influence, setting technical standards, and delivering secure AI-enabled services across a global program.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering, incl. senior ownership of production systems.
• Experience building production solutions with Claude, including Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK.
• Strong English language communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation that produce recurring reporting, using Claude and Claude Code, integrated with enterprise systems.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program, prioritizing work by potential impact and risk.
• Guide teams on applying AI and agentic AI within the function's services and processes.
• Establish practices for consistent and safe AI adoption across the function and support teams.
• Verify AI output with reconciliation and checks against source data on every run.
