Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Alliances Relationship Associate Director in the U.S. to manage alliance relationships, governance, and program oversight across EY’s extensive alliance portfolio.

The role collaborates with Consulting leadership, alliance partners, account teams, and regional go-to-market leaders to drive growth and alignment. Key responsibilities include driving alliance strategy, managing the joint pipeline, and coordinating go-to-market efforts across service lines and regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of alliance management, business development or related experience.
• Experience working with AI companies in an alliance or professional services capacity.
• Ability to manage multiple activities across relationship management, governance, marketing strategy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI alliances strategy and go-to-market program elements.
• Manage joint pipeline and drive sales campaigns to generate new business.
• Coordinate with Global and Region leaders to target accounts and align messaging.
• Deliver alliance intelligence through financial reporting and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications on marketing collateral and enablement materials.
• Provide pre-sales support and help incubate target accounts with alliance executives.
