EY is seeking an AI Alliances Relationship Director to lead alliance program oversight across EY Consulting leadership, alliance partners, and account teams in the U.S. This role focuses on accelerating alliance-driven growth through governance, strategy execution, and targeted account development.

You will coordinate with sales, marketing, and technology teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and maintain compliance, with travel as needed to coordinate across regions and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in alliance management or business development.
• Experience working with AI companies in alliance or professional services capacity.
• Strong governance, contract management, and sales enablement skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI alliances strategy and go-to-market elements.
• Manage joint pipeline and drive campaigns to generate new business.
• Identify target accounts and coordinate with regional leaders.
• Develop alliance messaging and secure leadership alignment.
• Facilitate governance and program management across service lines and regions.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and sales insights.
• Collaborate on marketing messaging, collateral, and enablement materials.
• Provide pre-sales support and incubate target accounts.
