Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Agentforce SME for the Success Architect org and data foundations like Data360.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and design architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate executive discussions, aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
