Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to drive AI agent design, orchestration, and automation for strategic customers. You will leverage Data360 to ground AI agents in trusted data, influence technical architecture, and deliver ROI across sales, service, and marketing use cases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize AI agent architectures and automation strategies.
• Deep understanding of AI agent design principles, prompts, actions, and orchestration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, from Developer to Executive.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI for customers.
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to work remotely with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with data ethics and privacy regulations in customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization, including data foundations support for AI agents.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions through customization when needed.
• Facilitate executive discussions and align technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Agentforce engagement catalog for unique customer needs.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and mentor teammates.
