Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to drive AI agent design, orchestration, and deployment for strategic customers. You will leverage Data360 to ground agents, align architecture with business value, and influence executive stakeholders across multi-cloud Salesforce Clouds.

The role requires a US citizenship, strong cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with AI agent concepts, data quality, and privacy considerations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to work with Federal Government
• Deep understanding of AI agent design principles, prompts, and orchestration
• Experience grounding AI agents in trusted data and real-time signals

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance and solution design
• Identify gaps for standard product capabilities or craft Architect solutions
• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders aligning technology strategy with ROI
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce customers
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support growth
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing
