This office-flexible role requires strong communication, program management, and hands-on experience with agent design, prompts, and orchestration. You will mentor teams and advance Salesforce’s AI strategy while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize AI agent architectures and agent-driven workflows.
• Experience grounding AI agents in trusted data using Data360 or similar CDP data foundations.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence Executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for AI agent design and data grounding.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
• Identify gaps and craft Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate discussions translating technical concepts into business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with Agentforce engagement catalog for customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge across teams.
