Sierra is building AI agents for the US public sector. As an Agent Strategist, you own the lifecycle of agent development—from scope to production—and work at the intersection of product, technology, and government service.

You will partner with agency executives, run cross-functional sessions, and shape strategic roadmaps across multilingual and multi-step journeys, ultimately influencing Sierra's roadmap and mission impact.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading complex, high-visibility initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort engaging with technical concepts, API docs, and data models.
• Commitment to public sector work and impact on citizens.
• Clear, persuasive communication across executive, policy, and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle—from scope to production deployment.
• Advise public sector leaders; define success metrics and AI strategy.
• Run cross-functional sessions with program, operations, security, legal, and procurement.
• Identify new use cases; develop multilingual and multi-step journey roadmaps.
• Shape Sierra's product and public sector roadmap and strategy.
