Sierra is hiring for a role designing and delivering production-grade AI agents that directly impact revenue. You will own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iterate in production environments across industries.

You will partner with large enterprises and innovative startups, shaping Sierra's platform and surfacing unmet needs. The role emphasizes customer collaboration, scalable architectures, and continuous delivery of high-quality AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
