Sierra is hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise-grade AI agents and manage customer engagements in a hands-on, in-person setting in San Francisco. You will partner with engineers to ship features that scale thousands of conversations daily and work with executives to tailor solutions that meet client goals.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, customer obsession, and delivering a trusted, high-quality product while growing our platform with innovative AI
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in technical product development.
- Prior PM or Senior PM level experience.
- Experience tailoring messages for executives.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent.
