You will work with researchers, product, and platform teams, partnering with enterprises and startups to push the boundaries of AI agent development and delivery, shaping the future of Sierra's platform.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving in fast-changing environments.
• Builder mindset with high agency.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI agents and production systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents running in production environments.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to scale AI agents.
• Shape Sierra's core platform based on customer feedback.
• Prototype new tools and features for AI agent development.
