Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist in San Francisco to own how our AI agents come to life for customers, from pilot to production handling thousands of conversations daily. You’ll work at the intersection of product, agents, and customer-facing work, translating business goals into scalable agents that perform in the real world.

You’ll sit with executives, shape AI strategy, and partner with customer teams to keep launches on track.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production launch and iteration.
Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
Partner with customer teams daily; run sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep builds on track for launch.
Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs and guiding research and platform.
