Cresta is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent in the United States. You will own AI Agent outcomes, guide deployment lifecycles, and collaborate with engineers to deliver high ROI for customers.

The role blends product thinking with senior stakeholder engagement and fast execution in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technology consulting, product, or customer success, strong technical skills, and a passion for AI and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting, implementations, product, or customer success.
• Hands-on work style with bias for action.
• Experience leading complex deployments and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding and systems thinking; experience with AI agents.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.
• Passion for AI, automation, and customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Own AI Agent outcomes for customers and define metrics that move the needle.
• Manage deployment lifecycle from pre-sale to post-go-live optimization.
• Design, build, test, and iterate AI agents with FDEs and internal tools.
• Lead customer relationships as primary contact for AI Agent projects.
• Run workshops with stakeholders to align use cases and success criteria.
• Collaborate with FDEs to implement, build capabilities, and improve the platform.
• Improve playbooks for agent development and deployment.
