Job summary

the company is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Product Manager for AI Agents in the EMEA region. You will own the outcomes of AI Agents for customers, drive end-to-end deployments, and collaborate with engineers to maximize ROI.

You’ll partner with FDEs and cross-functional teams, guide customer engagements, and help shape the future of our AI platform in a fast-growing, global startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles.
• Hands-on work style with bias for action.
• Experience leading complex deployments and managing senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding and exposure to building AI agents.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Passion for AI and automation in customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Agent outcomes for customers and define metrics that move the needle.
• Own deployment lifecycle for AI Agents from scoping to post-launch optimization.
• Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agents with engineering teams.
• Serve as AI Agent subject-matter expert for the EMEA sales cycle and support demos.
• Lead customer relationships and be the main point of contact for AI Agent deployments.
• Facilitate workshops to align use cases, workflows, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers to enable smooth implementations and feedback to platform.
• Improve playbooks for agent development and deployment across EMEA.
