Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, with a strong physical presence in San Francisco. The Travel, Transportation and Hospitality team supports airlines, hotels, rental car brands, and travel tech firms with AI-powered experiences that delight guests at every touchpoint.

You will design and deliver production-grade AI agents, own the ADLC lifecycle from pilot to deployment, and partner with enterprises and startups to scale solutions across their business stacks.

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
• A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency and shipping mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue.
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to implement AI agents at scale across their stacks.
• Shape the future of Sierra's platform by prototyping tools and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams.
