Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents central to Sierra's growth.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to scale AI agents across business stacks.
• Shape the evolution of Sierra's core platform with customer-facing work.
