Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to shepherd AI agents from concept through production, collaborating with clients to translate business goals into scalable agent solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver high-impact outcomes and drive strategic AI initiatives across telecommunications, media, and technology sectors.

You will own the agent development lifecycle, advise executives, and help shape Sierra's AI roadmap with hands-on exploration of

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to launch and iteration, translating business goals into effective agents.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy to meet business goals.
• Partner with customer teams daily, run sessions, troubleshoot issues, keep build on track for launch.
• Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs from customer work to inform research and platform direction.
