Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve problems.
• Experience with AI agents or similar production AI systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents central to Sierra’s growth.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to scale AI across their stacks.
• Shape the future of Sierra’s core platform through customer collaboration and cross-team work.
