Job summary

Sierra is seeking engineers to design and deliver production-grade AI agents that power revenue and growth. You’ll own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment, and collaborate with large enterprises and Silicon Valley startups to scale AI across industries like finance and healthcare.

You’ll help shape Sierra's platform, surface unmet needs, prototype new tools, and work with research, product, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Builder mindset with high agency to overcome obstacles and ship.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interest in Financial Services and familiarity with security/compliance requirements is a plus.
