Sierra AI is building the next generation of AI agents with a focus on customer-facing products. The team seeks an experienced professional to design and ship data-informed features, from data exploration tools to production-grade monitoring, enabling scalable agent intelligence.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
Experience with Go and TypeScript.
Experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze and visualize data to improve agent performance across millions of data points.
Enable A/B testing of agents to drive data-driven decisions.
Build Explorer-like data exploration and clustering for conversational data.
Develop monitoring systems to proactively detect defects or patterns.
