Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist Lead who will own how our AI agents come to life for customers, from pilot to production at scale. You will sit at the intersection of product, agents, and customer-facing work, staying close to technology and the people you lead.

You will lead the Agent Development Life Cycle, build and guide a team of strategists, and serve as the trusted advisor to enterprise executives, shaping the AI strategy that drives measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for strategists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and iteration in production.
• Build and grow the team; manage deployments and drive recruiting/onboarding.
• Act as trusted strategic advisor to enterprise executives and shape AI strategy for customers.
• Guide day-to-day delivery with customer teams and ensure on-time launches and impact.
• Shape the future direction of Sierra's core platform in collaboration with research, product, and platform teams.
