Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring for a role that blends advanced curriculum development with hands-on AI agent engineering. You will design labs, demos, and courses to teach customers and partners how to build, configure, and deploy AI agents on our platform, including Agentic capabilities.

In this position you’ll maintain coding-intensive training, collaborate with Product and Engineering to access new features, and deliver rigorous technical instruction with real Java and REST API fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents using frameworks/SDKs such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude AI/Agent SDK, or similar.
• Strong understanding of agent concepts: tool/function calling, RAG, context/memory management, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design hands-on training and labs to teach building and deploying AI agents on the platform.
• Create AI agent demos and reference implementations for live demos and training content.
• Develop technical courses requiring Java coding and REST API work; ensure practical, rigorous instruction.
