Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Technical Curriculum Developer for AI Agents to craft hands‑on training and labs that teach customers and partners how to build, configure, and deploy AI agents on our platform. You will also author demonstrations powering labs and live sessions.

You’ll own advanced courses demanding Java coding and REST API fluency, collaborating with Product and Engineering to align with features and early access.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents using frameworks/SDKs such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude SDK, or similar.
• Practical understanding of agent concepts: tool calls, RAG, context/memory management, multi-agent orchestration, prompts, evaluation.
• Experience with MCP or similar tool‑integration standards is a plus.
• Ability to read Java code and REST APIs to assist debugging and courseware development.
• 3+ years creating technical training content for developers, admins, or power users.

Responsibilities

• Design hands-on training and lab environments for building and deploying AI agents on our platform.
• Create working AI agent demos and reference implementations for training content and live demos.
• Translate agentic AI challenges into sequenced learning experiences with clear objectives and assessments.
• Stay current with agentic AI frameworks, tool integrations, and orchestration patterns.
• Own advanced technical courses requiring Java coding and REST API work.
