Job summary

Veeva Systems in the United States seeks a dual persona AI Curriculum Developer or AI Solutions Engineer to build hands-on AI agent training, demos, and labs across our platform.

You will own advanced technical courses requiring Java and REST API fluency, collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality, real-world exercises for customers, partners, and internal teams. This role offers remote/hybrid flexibility and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK).
• Understanding of tool calling, RAG, context management, multi-agent orchestration, prompt design, evaluation.
• Experience with MCP or similar tool-integration standards is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot real issues in agent development and teach solutions.
• Ability to read Java code and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git, Postman, or similar API tooling.
• 3+ years building technical training for a technical audience.
• Experience designing hands-on labs, sandbox exercises, and instructor-led courses.
• Familiarity with LMS and AI authoring tools is a plus.
• Experience with Veeva Vault or ramp-up on enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong writing and communication, with ability to explain technical concepts.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build hands-on training and labs that teach learners to build, configure, and deploy AI agents.
• Create AI agent demos and reference implementations for training content and live demos.
• Translate practical challenges into sequenced learning experiences.
• Stay current with agentic AI frameworks and tool integrations.
• Own and maintain advanced technical courses requiring Java and REST APIs.
• Develop labs, sandbox data, and exercises mirroring real implementations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to access new features and align courseware.
• Apply instructional design best practices to technical content.
