Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer to lead advanced AI agent training and enablement. You will design hands-on labs, build demos, and craft lab-ready exercises that teach customers and partners how to deploy AI agents on our platform.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to access new features, maintain rigorous courseware, and ensure technical accuracy while applying instructional design best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, instructional design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or similar.
• Understanding of tool calls, RAG, context/memory, multi-agent orchestration, prompts and evaluation.
• Experience with MCP or similar tool-integration standards is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear training for developers and technical admins.
• Familiarity with Java and REST APIs.
• Experience with LMS and AI authoring tools is a plus.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; able to define curriculum for evolving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design hands-on training and labs teaching how to build, configure, and deploy AI agents.
• Create agent demos and reference implementations from scratch to anchor training.
• Translate practical challenges into sequenced learning experiences for learners.
• Stay current with agentic AI frameworks and integration patterns.
• Own and evolve advanced technical courses requiring Java and REST fluency.
