Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer to design AI agent curriculum and enablement. You will build hands-on labs and demos, teaching customers and partners how to configure, deploy, and integrate Agentic AI features within our platform.

You will maintain advanced courses, collaborate with Product/Engineering, and apply instructional design best practices to ensure rigorous, accurate content for technical learners.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents.
• Practical understanding of tool calling, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with Java and REST APIs; ability to read code for debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design hands-on training and lab environments to teach building and deploying AI agents.
• Create AI agent demos and reference implementations for live demonstrations.
• Translate agentic AI challenges into structured learning experiences.
• Maintain advanced technical courses including Java and REST API content.
