Veeva Systems is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer for AI Agents. The role spans building hands-on labs, developing advanced technical courses, and delivering demos that showcase Agentic AI capabilities.

You will work with Product, Engineering, and Services to craft rigorous, code-heavy training for customers and partners. The position emphasizes ability to enter unfamiliar product areas, understand architectures, and rapidly produce working agent demos and labs while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/ID or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, deploying AI agents with frameworks/SDKs.
• Strong understanding of Java and REST APIs; capable of reading code.
• Experience with API tooling like Postman and Git.
• 3+ years creating technical training for developers or engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design hands-on training and lab environments for AI agents on our platform.
• Create AI agent demos and reference implementations from scratch.
• Translate challenges into sequenced learning experiences.
• Stay current with agentic AI frameworks and tool integrations.
• Own and update advanced technical courses requiring Java and REST work.
• Build labs, sample code, sandbox data, and practical exercises.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering for early access to features.
• Apply instructional design best practices to technical content.
• Work with Product/Engineering to understand APIs and architectures.
• Partner with Services to identify gaps and improve curriculum.
