Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a technical curriculum developer and AI trainer to design hands‑on training for AI agents, build demos, and translate complex concepts into structured learning experiences.

You will create lab environments, sample code, and exercises that mirror real implementations within our platform. You will own advanced technical courses requiring Java and REST API fluency, collaborate with Product/Engineering, and enable teams with practical agentic AI capabilities across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands‑on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents using frameworks/SDKs such as LangChain, LangGraph, Anthropic's Claude Agent SDK/Claude Code, or similar.
Practical understanding of tool concepts: agent calls, RAG, context/memory management, multi‑agent orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation.
Experience with MCP or comparable tool‑integration standards is a strong plus.
Ability to read Java code architecture and REST APIs for minor development or debugging.

Responsibilities

Design and build hands‑on training and lab environments that teach technical learners how to build, configure, and deploy custom AI agents on our platform.
Build working AI agent demos and reference implementations from scratch to anchor training content and live demonstrations.
Translate practical challenges learners face when configuring or implementing Agentic AI into clear, sequenced learning experiences.
Stay current with the agentic AI landscape including frameworks and tool integrations.
Own and maintain advanced technical courses requiring Java coding and REST API fluency.
Build and maintain hands‑on labs, sample code, sandbox data, and technical exercises that mirror real implementations.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gain early access to new features and align courseware with general release.
Apply instructional design best practices to technical content without compromising accuracy.
Work with Product Management and Engineering to understand agent architecture and APIs.
Collaborate with Professional Services and Support to close curriculum gaps.
