Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide technical leadership and guidance on AI agentic cloud offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, lead technical sales calls, and help shape the go-to-market strategy for RubrikX.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to gather customer feedback, qualify opportunities, and develop technical collateral. A strong background in AI, cloud security, and enterprise sales is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales engineering experience in an AI environment or related field.
• Experience with observability and/or governance technologies is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage CxO-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales calls and gather customer feedback to identify trends.
• Position Rubrik's AI Agent Cloud offerings and serve as an SME to key accounts.
• Qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements and funding.
• Coordinate with product management to align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Develop and deliver technical enablement for sales teams and partners.
