Job summary

You will work on US government case support requiring US citizenship, with an office‑flexible arrangement (3 days in the office). You’ll influence architecture, performance, and solution design across the Agentforce platform.

Qualifications

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes with a focus on agent architecture and automation.
• Understand AI agent design principles: topics, actions, prompts, orchestration, and data quality.
• Excel in communicating and collaborating with cross‑functional teams from technical to executive levels.
• Translate complex concepts into tangible business value and ROI for customers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving AI and agentic technologies.
• Experience grounding agents with Data360 or similar Customer Data Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for Success Architect org, including data foundations support.
• Engage with Signature/Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture and deployment.
• Identify capability gaps and propose Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate executive discussions and align tech strategy with business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with engagement catalog for Agentforce customers.
• Build strong internal/external partnerships and mentor teammates.
