Qualifications

• Experience in AI agent design principles, including topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on agent architecture and automation.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and translating technical concepts to business value.
• Familiarity with Data360 or similar data platforms to ground AI agents in trusted data.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization, including data foundations like Data360 support for AI agents.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and optimize technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design for Agentforce.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate discussions with executives and align technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
