Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience showing ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes for AI agents.
• Strong understanding of AI agent design principles (topics, actions, prompts, orchestration).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for Success Architect org and data foundations like Data360.
• Engage with Signature/Strategic customers to optimize technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and craft Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate Executive stakeholder discussions linking technology strategy to business ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with Agentforce engagement catalog for customer opportunities.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
