Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

• Own AI adoption strategy and drive the 'AI-everywhere' culture shift.
• Build AI tools and enable owners with low-code solutions.
• Own the use-case intake and prioritization pipeline with Orbit collaboration.
• Define success metrics, track adoption and ROI, report to leadership.
• Own AI Center of Excellence as the single source of truth for tools and playbooks.
• Report AI adoption and impact metrics to leadership monthly.
