Job summary

ISO New England Inc. is seeking an AI Champions Program Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation, building organizational AI capabilities and a network of AI Champions across business units to accelerate adoption.

You will scale adoption, identify use cases, and ensure governance and compliance while partnering with executive leadership to translate AI vision into divisional strategies. The role emphasizes people-driven enablement, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration to foster

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise strategy, digital transformation, or IT leadership.
3+ years building and scaling cross-functional teams or communities of practice.
Demonstrated success driving adoption of new technologies or methodologies at scale.
Proven experience translating technical concepts for business audiences, developing AI use cases, and evangelizing AI benefits.
Strong skills in fostering collaboration across silos, managing resistance, and building coalitions.
Proven ability to establish and sustain communities of practice, activate grassroots advocates, and drive peer-to-peer engagement.
Track record leading large-scale, cross-functional organizational change initiatives in complex, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Execute AI Strategic Leadership & Vision across the enterprise.
Communicate the organization's AI strategy and business case aligned with priorities.
Work with executive leadership to set AI ambitions and translate into divisional plans.
Drive operating model changes required for AI adoption.
Build & facilitate the AI Champions Network across business units.
Define roles, responsibilities, and expectations for AI champions.
Recruit early adopters and champions to act as peer influencers.
Provide resources, training, and ongoing support to sustain engagement.
Foster a culture of disciplined innovation through workshops and knowledge-sharing forums.
Identify and develop AI use cases; monitor program progress and expand adoption.
Coordinate with IT and HR to ensure governance, literacy, and compliance.
