Job summary

Parts Town seeks an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to turn AI strategy into practical, sustained adoption. You will lead a network of AI Ambassadors, set priorities, and translate enterprise AI priorities into actionable activities, playbooks, and coaching across divisions.

You’ll partner with division leaders to drive change management, build capability, and ensure the AI operating model supports measurable business outcomes with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years driving change, enabling learning, shaping communications, and leading transformation.
• Hands-on experience applying ADKAR or similar frameworks to adoption.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and move initiatives forward.
• Comfort with AI and practical use of generative AI tools and prompts.
• Coaching beginners and linking AI changes to measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to translate strategy into learning experiences and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a network of AI Ambassadors across PTU.
• Set expectations, assignments, and rhythms for the Ambassador network.
• Translate AI priorities into practical Ambassador activities and adoption efforts.
• Provide playbooks, coaching, and resources for teams to adopt AI.
• Track adoption metrics, usage behaviors, and employee sentiment.
• Identify barriers and work with leaders to enable change readiness for AI products.
