Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to translate our AI strategy into practical adoption across the organization. You will provide functional leadership for a community of AI Ambassadors, setting priorities, rhythms, and tools to drive meaningful adoption.

You will partner with division leaders to translate priorities into ambassador activities, support change management, and ensure the AI operating model works as intended.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving change, enabling learning, shaping communications, leading business transformation, accelerating technology adoption, or influencing similar organizational initiatives.
• Hands-on experience applying frameworks like ADKAR to help people adopt new ways of working.
• Ability to influence without formal reporting lines and to move initiatives forward through trust and accountability.
• Comfort with AI and practical experience using generative AI tools, crafting prompts, and applying responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a strong network of AI Ambassadors across PTU, establishing expectations and rhythms.
• Partner with division leaders to create alignment, protected time, and support for Ambassador responsibilities.
• Translate enterprise AI priorities into practical Ambassador activities, Missions, and adoption efforts.
• Equip Ambassadors with playbooks, coaching, and tools to drive adoption in their teams.
• Identify adoption barriers, track progress, and turn insights into action.
