Job summary

Insight Global seeks an AI Adoption & Implementation Lead to drive deployment and adoption of AI solutions for a leading pharmaceutical organization. You will own adoption strategy, rollout plans, and stakeholder engagement to translate complex AI initiatives into measurable business value.

You will partner with AI teams, scientists, and executives to ensure new capabilities are embedded in day-to-day work, while establishing repeatable adoption practices for future AI programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology adoption, implementation, change management, customer success, digital transformation, or tech-enabled business transformation.
• Direct experience supporting adoption or implementation of AI, Generative AI, ML, or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Proven experience leading adoption activities for emerging technology or enterprise AI solutions.
• Ability to translate technology solutions into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive presence across technical, scientific, and business leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, rollout, and adoption strategy for AI solutions across scientific and business functions.
• Develop and execute plans moving AI from technical completion to deployment and sustainment.
• Create AI adoption campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and utilization.
• Serve as a visible, customer-facing representative of AI programs with scientists, leaders, and executives.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear business value and practical use cases for non-technical audiences.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for different user populations and AI maturity levels.
• Conduct readiness and adoption assessments to identify barriers and address resistance.
• Partner with AI product owners and business stakeholders on roadmaps and rollout strategies.
• Facilitate demonstrations, sessions, workshops, and adoption events to boost confidence in AI capabilities.
• Develop communications that articulate purpose, value, capabilities, and impact of AI solutions.
• Build relationships with influencers and champions to accelerate adoption.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations to improve engagement and utilization.
• Support go-live planning, readiness activities, and post-launch reinforcement.
• Define adoption metrics and gather user feedback to drive improvements.
