Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to turn AI strategy into practical adoption across the organization. You will lead a network of AI Ambassadors, set priorities, provide playbooks, and partner with leaders to translate AI priorities into actionable activities and measurable outcomes.

You will help leaders and teams adopt AI responsibly, driving change management, coaching, and capability-building.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving change, enabling learning, shaping communications, leading business transformation, accelerating technology adoption, or influencing similar organizational initiatives.
• Hands-on experience applying frameworks like ADKAR to help people adopt new ways of working.
• Ability to influence without authority and move initiatives forward through trust.
• Comfort in AI space with practical experience using generative AI tools and responsible AI practices.
• Able to translate strategy into communications, learning experiences, and behaviors that drive measurable impact.
• Data-driven with ability to measure adoption, identify barriers, and improve the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a strong network of AI Ambassadors across PTU.
• Set expectations, assignments, and rhythms for the Ambassador network.
• Partner with division leaders to align and support AI Ambassador responsibilities.
• Translate AI priorities into practical Ambassador activities and adoption efforts.
• Provide playbooks, resources, coaching, and tools for teams to use AI.
• Identify opportunities to share successful approaches and reusable resources.
