Job summary

AL Solutions in Raleigh, NC seeks an AI Strategy & Adoption Senior Manager to lead AI strategy, drive practical adoption, and partner across Commercial, Operations, HR, Finance and IT. This role reports to the Global VP of HR & IT and focuses on turning AI experiments into scalable, value-creating initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in AI/CS/Data Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in professional or academic settings.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple business functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving AI priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central AI champion and point of coordination across the organization.
• Identify, develop and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business needs and strategy.
• Support rollout and adoption of AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Einstein, analytics and automation tools.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, HR, Finance, R&D and IT to identify AI opportunities.
• Run discovery sessions and translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Advise leaders on where and how AI can create measurable value.
• Promote responsible AI adoption, including data, security, bias and model limitations.
• Develop AI playbooks, guidance and internal enablement materials.
• Support AI training sessions, demonstrations and internal clinics.
• Track AI adoption, benefits and lessons learned for senior leadership.
• Stay current with generative AI, automation and enterprise AI technologies.
