IEEE is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to drive AI initiatives across the organization. You will partner with business units to identify opportunities, evaluate tools, and pilot solutions, translating complex AI concepts into practical training.

You will track adoption metrics, create training materials, and support governance for responsible AI, data privacy, and procurement. Occasional travel (15–20%) across domestic and international teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 4+ years in business analysis, digital transformation, or technology implementation.
• Ability to evaluate AI tools and translate findings for stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business units to identify workflows where AI can improve efficiency or quality.
• Evaluate candidate AI tools against criteria (functionality, data handling, integration, cost, security).
• Support pilots by defining success metrics, coordinating test groups, and reporting results.
• Track and report AI adoption metrics; build dashboards when useful.
• Maintain an inventory of AI tools and use cases.
• Ensure new AI use cases follow Responsible AI, data privacy, and procurement requirements.
• Develop and manage centralized training materials including guides and tutorials.
• Host virtual office hours and user communities to aid staff adoption.
