Job summary

Rockstar is hiring a senior trainer/consultant to help mid‑market clients turn AI investments into measurable business value. You’ll work with C‑suite leaders to drive adoption, design sessions around real work, and stay current on evolving AI tools.

The role emphasizes owning client relationships and delivering concrete outcomes through hands‑on coaching. You will spend substantial time with clients, manage expectations, and show measurable improvements in how teams use AI to achieve business

Qualifications

3+ years of experience training executives or senior leaders.
Experience owning client relationships and maintaining momentum between sessions.
Track record moving groups from skepticism to active adoption with measurable results.

Responsibilities

Run client sessions designed to drive behavior change and practical adoption of AI.
Show tangible results during demonstrations tied to the client’s actual work.
Adapt approach to room dynamics and read the room to guide the session.
Own the client relationship between sessions and keep adoption moving.
Stay current on AI tools and capabilities relevant to clients.
Identify patterns across clients and articulate what broke down and why.
